Rally Ride Experience:
Terms and Conditions

Prize 

• Prize is a rally car passenger experience at Jack’s Ridge, 399 Whitford Park Road, Auckland, 2576, New Zealand Auckland on 6 August 2026 

• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit 

• Pro Partner reserves the right to substitute the prize if required 

• Weather dependent 
   

Winner selection & contact 

• Winners will be selected at random on the advertised draw dates 

• Winners will be contacted via phone and email 

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept on the same day as the draw, a redraw may occur
   

Participation requirements 

• Winners must be available on 6 August 2026 and attend at their allocated time 

• Participants must be medically fit, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and comply with all safety instructions 

• Attendance at a safety briefing immediately before your ride and adherence to all event requirements is mandatory 
   

Logistics 

• Participants are responsible for their own transport to Jack’s Ridge, 399 Whitford Park Road, Auckland, 2576, New Zealand Auckland on 6 August 2026 

• Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the experience, but we’ll do our best to accomodate your availably on the day 
   

Risk & liability 

• Participation is at the participant’s own risk 

• A signed indemnity/waiver is required prior to participation 

• To the extent permitted by law, Pro Partner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation 

• The event may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to safety or conditions outside of Pro Partner’s control 
   

General 

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions 

• Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion in accordance with applicable privacy laws
