What we learned at the 2026 NZ CIO Innovation Summit and Awards (and what you can do about it)

Our team had 100+ meaningful conversations at the conference and one theme consistently came up: businesses want greater clarity and confidence before making major technology investment decisions.

Because of those conversations, we've decided to make a limited number of 90-Minute Project Planning Workshops available following the Summit. The goal is to help you define the right path forward before significant time, money, and resources are committed.

The intention is simple: to provide a documented basis for discussion with your leadership team and help you make critical technology decisions with greater confidence.

$2,499 + GST includes the 90-minute workshop, preparation, and a tailored Project Brief documenting the initiative and recommended next steps.

Your investment doesn't end with the Project Brief either. I can support conversations with your leadership team, board, and stakeholders, providing an independent perspective to help build alignment and confidence in the decisions ahead.
